SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

From 1993 to the present, Ms. Bryson has incorporated her professional experience into the field of alternative dispute resolution as a mediator and arbitrator in private practice:

• President of ACCORD Mediation and Arbitration Services of Rochester and the Finger Lakes
• President of Addenda Corporation
• Former Director of Monroe County Mediation and Arbitration Programs for the Center for Dispute Settlement of Rochester and the Finger Lakes
• Former employee for the New York State Attorney General’s Office – Rochester
• Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations and SUNY Empire State College, Carolyn earned a BS in Psychology  and Human Development, Majoring in Conflict Resolution and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Since 1993, Ms. Bryson has mediated or arbitrated over 600 disputes involving contract disputes, small claims issues, workplace disputes, interpersonal issues, NYS lemon law cases, home improvement and construction, real estate, divorce, marital property and debt division, family issues, custody and visitation, senior care, guardianship and discrimination matters.
